1. Acceptance

By accessing or using MeatShare you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

2. About MeatShare

MeatShare is an online marketplace connecting customers with livestock farmers.

MeatShare facilitates:

• Livestock listings
• Shared purchases
• Solo Share purchases
• Processing coordination
• Delivery coordination

MeatShare is not the producer of all livestock listed on the platform.

3. Eligibility

Users must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate information
• Comply with applicable laws

4. Orders

All orders are subject to:

• Livestock availability
• Processing capacity
• Delivery availability
• Successful payment

5. Shared Purchases

Share with Friends

Customers may create shared purchases and invite others.
Orders proceed only when required shares are paid.

Solo Share

Customers may create Solo Shares.

MeatShare may:

• Match Buyers
• Merge compatible orders
• Advertise remaining portions
• Cancel unfilled shares

6. Livestock Weights

Weights displayed may include:

• Live Weight
• Carcass Weight
• Estimated Take-Home Weight

These figures are estimates only.

Actual yields may vary due to:

• Breed
• Age
• Fat cover
• Processing method
• Trimming

Weight variations do not qualify for refunds.

7. Processing

All meat must be processed through licensed facilities.
Processing specifications requested by customers are subject to livestock yield limitations.

8. Halal Processing

Where Halal processing is selected, MeatShare will arrange processing through facilities offering Halal services.
Availability may vary by region and livestock type.

9. Pricing

Prices may include:

• Livestock cost
• Abattoir & butcher fee
• Delivery fees
• Applicable taxes

Prices may change without notice until an order is confirmed.

10. Payment

Payments are processed through approved payment providers.
Orders are not confirmed until payment is successfully received.

11. Delivery

Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
Delivery windows are estimates only.
Someone may be required to receive refrigerated deliveries.

12. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under Australian Consumer Law.

13. Intellectual Property

All MeatShare logos, branding, software, content, designs and systems remain the property of MeatShare.
Users may not copy or reproduce platform content without permission.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MeatShare is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from platform use.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.

16. Changes

MeatShare may update these Terms from time to time.
